Thorough

You fill out the Technical Assignment on
creation of a completely new product.
The laboratory develops samples from scratch and upon approval of the sample, we test the product for stability and accelerated aging for 60 days.

Packaging, labeling
If you already have finished products stored in barrels or cube containers and you need to bring them to readiness, we are ready to pack products of almost any type. Liquid, gel, cream, with inclusion of solid particles, solid, as well as dry dusting. The only exception is aerosol products.
Marking, packaging, storage
We can also provide the service "ADDITIONAL PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS". We can pack your products in individual boxes, shrink them, stick on an additional sticker and QR code "Honest Sign". And in order for the products to look expensive and premium, there is the possibility of cellophane wrapping.
Bulk production
If you have your own bottling, labeling and marking capabilities or cannot handle production during peak periods, we can brew the product in our still reactors and fill it into barrels or stills for you.

1. Idea
Do you have an idea, but you don’t know how to implement it? Share with us what kind of product you are planning to launch. We will provide you with all the necessary information about the production process. If everything suits you, then from this moment the project goes into action.
2. Creating a product in the laboratory
Your product is created in our lab. Samples of the development stage results will be sent to you for review and testing. If you have additional wishes for the product, we will make adjustments. When the prototypes are completely satisfactory to you, we will proceed to certification.
3. Certification
Almost every type of product is subject to certification. We undertake the preparation of documents and send them along with samples to an accredited certification body. All necessary laboratory tests will be carried out there and a declaration of conformity will be issued based on the results. As soon as the product is entered into the register, we can proceed to the next stage.
4. Production
The product moves to the production stage. Here it is made by our experienced craftsmen, packaged and sent to the warehouse, carefully stored and waiting to be sent to you.
5. Finished product
You have received your product and you are happy, the cycle can be called complete.
